When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, the type of request you pick and the details you type in.

If you email, call or message us, we keep what you send so we can reply and follow up.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the time of a visit) to keep the site running and secure.

We also measure how the website is used: which pages and sections are viewed, which buttons are pressed (for example WhatsApp or the enquiry form) and roughly where visits come from. These usage counts do not include your name, email, phone number or anything you type. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell this information, and we do not build profiles of individual visitors.

To fix problems and make pages easier to use, our hosting provider may also record how a visit moves around the page (scrolling, clicks and page changes). What you type into the enquiry form is hidden from these recordings. Recordings are kept for no more than 30 days and are only viewed by our team.

• To understand which parts of the website are useful, so we can improve it.

We rely on your request (steps taken before a contract), our legitimate business interests, and where it applies your consent. We never sell your information, and we do not send marketing without your agreement.

Only our staff who handle enquiries, and the service providers that run this website for us:

• Website and database hosting, including website usage measurement
• Email delivery, which forwards your enquiry to our inbox

Some of these providers store data outside Nigeria, including in the United States. Where that happens we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards, as the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 requires for transfers abroad. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. If you become a client or supplier, we keep your records for as long as the relationship lasts and as long as tax and company law require after that.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your information, or stop or limit how we use it;
• send your information to you or another organisation in a common format;
• withdraw any consent you gave, at any time.

Email info@agile-momentum.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng).

Enquiries are stored in a private database that only authorised staff can open, access is protected by individual logins, and the form is protected against automated spam.
